Why we ask for appointments

Why we ask for appointments

By Heidi Kjeldsen - 4th June 2024

In the world of fine jewellery, each piece is more than just an accessory; it is a symbol of artistry, personal expression, and timeless elegance. At Heidi Kjeldsen Ltd, we believe that the experience of choosing such beautiful items should be as exceptional as the pieces themselves. This is why we prefer appointments for our clients. By scheduling an appointment, clients are afforded the opportunity for a bespoke experience that is relaxed, private and above all especially for you.

Appointments allow us to offer our clients what we call "golden time" – an exclusive period dedicated solely to them. During this time, our Heidi and Sara can focus entirely on you, providing you with our complete attention and service. This uninterrupted time ensures that our clients may explore our collections, discuss custom designs, and make informed decisions in comfort in our newly refurbished showroom.

Importantly, appointments enable us to prepare thoroughly for each visit. Before a client arrives, we ensure that we have a curated a selection ready to meet their tastes and needs, gathered any paperwork which may be required and generally we are able to offer you a better and more streamlined service.

This level of care and preparation underscores our commitment to excellence and reinforces why appointments are the preferred way to experience the best that Heidi Kjeldsen Ltd has to offer.
