Following your consultation, our experienced team will craft a personalised design proposal tailored to your preferences and desires.We understand that every piece of jewellery is unique, just like you, and our goal is to create something that resonates with your individual style.

Throughout the design process, we prioritize collaboration, working closely with you to refine and perfect the design. Our team will suggest enhancements and additions as needed, ensuring that the fi.I piece exceeds your expectations.

Using cutting-edge Computer Aid. Design (CAD, technology, we bring your vision to life with realistic 3D views of your custom piece.This innovative approach allows you to visualize the design in detail, ensuring that it aligns perfect, with your vision before production begins.

Once you have approved the design, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit. This is so we may allocate the necessary resources and materials to start making your new piece of jewellery.

This proactive approach ensures that the entire production process proceeds smoothly and efficiently, resulting in the timely arrival of the finished piece.

Upon completion of your bespoke piece, the remaining balance is due. This final payment marks the culmination of our collaborative efforts and you can look forward to enjoying and wearing your meticulously crafted jewellery. Of course, our collaborative efforts do not end there, we will clean and check (free service) and carry out any maintenance work (chargeable service) for you in the years to come. This will keep your jewellery in prime condition and allow its value to hopefully appreciate with time.
